I am near and farsighted but only want a near OR far vision

Here is my multifocal prescription (+ spheres)

Half-pupillary distance: (Half PD) 32 / 32

- I want glasses for distance vision:
I fill in the values from my multifocal prescription without the addition. (ADD.)

To calculate your Sphere correction for a nearby vision, add up the right addition value to your right sphere. Repeat the process for the left eye.

R +4.50 -1.50 70°
L +4.00 -2.25 121°

Pupillary distance: (PD) 60
Half-pupillary distance: (Half PD) 30 / 30

I remove 4 mm from my pupillary distance or 2 mm per half-pupillary distance.
64 becomes 60/ 32 becomes 30.
